KLSM Mumbai KKK President Mr Jiro Asakura Visits On Dussera Day The President of K-Line (KKK, Japan), one of the big 3 in Japan, and our Super Boss, Mr Jiro Asakura, visited our office on 06/Oct/2011 – the Dussera Day. The day signifies the Hindu festival Dussera, and is celebrated all over India with great enthusiasm, to celebrate the victory of good over evil. Mr Asakura was accorded the traditional welcome, and introduced to all staff at KLSM (India), as well as KLMA (India).
During his few hours at our office, Mr Asakura was briefed on the activities of KLSM (India) and he also inspected the training facilities and equipments at KLMA (India). Mr Asakura was accompanied by Mr Atsuo Asano (EO, KKK Japan) and Mr Imaizumi (CEO, K-Line India), and took great interest in the functioning of the two grand daughter companies – KLSM (India) and KLMA (India). Mr Asakura was visibly happy and satisfied with what he saw, and reaffirmed the relationship with Indian Seafarers for years to come. The Lunch was hosted by Capt Takehiko Ibusuki (CEO & MD, KLSM India), and thereafter they left for other engagements in Mumbai.
