The first edition of 2011 “Quality Improvement Session” ( or Mini-Seminar ) with Senior Officers from KLSM Pool was organized at Chennai on 24/May/2011. The event was attended by …. Senior Officers from both Energy & Container Pool of KLSM floating staff, and the Top Management from shore offices of KLSM, in Tokyo, in Singapore, and in Mumbai, were present, as well as from KLMA (India). The day’s proceedings were scheduled in such a way that there was more of interaction and discussion, and less of lecture.

The intensity of involvement by all present was evident from the fact that the closing time had to be extended from scheduled, and the exchange of ideas, steps for better future, and the interaction between the top management & senior officers continued into the Cocktails & Dinner until late night. At the end of the day, and the event, everyone left from the venue – heavier on understanding and lighter on grievances.
